ABOUT ME
Welcome!
My calling is to help others heal, gain insight and harness the power within. In addition to a Master's degree in counseling, I have specialized training in EMDR, Brainspotting and Reiki. These modalities help clients to heal from stressful life events that contribute to frustration, anxiety and depression.
My Approach

I understand that seeking help can be a difficult first step.
Whether you are seeking a safe place to heal from past experiences, improve your relationships, cope with emotional challenges or develop strategies to maximize your potential, my intention is to assist you in reaching your goals. I utilize evidence based techniques from EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, family systems and strength-based approaches.

The therapy partnership means that we work together to help you navigate whatever it is that distresses you. You are your own expert. I am here to support you in realizing just how much you know about your experience, and how you can impact positive change going forward.
It is my goal to create a safe place for your growth and healing. We create a space where you can feel understood and accepted without judgement. Together we will work both in the here and now as well as drawing from the past.
Rates and Insurance
Rates
$165 for 60 minute individual session
$165 for 60 minute couples/family session
Insurance and Finances
I am an out of network provider. While I do not accept insurance, I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company to access your out of network benefits.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards, including HSA cards, and checks, as form of payment. Full payment is required at the time of our meeting.
Cancellation Policy
Time is one of our most precious assets, and the time set aside for our appointment is a high value for both of us. Therefore, if you are unable to meet at the scheduled time, or if last minute changes are required, please cancel or request rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled without 24 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee, unless otherwise discussed.
